Project End is in Sight!

We will have been in the archives 6 months on May 14.  We would have finished the project originally assigned had we not had to add the indexes (60+ books in deplorable condition) to the mix.  We will be finished by Tuesday.  Wednesday we will start the School welfare records.  Looking forward to the change.

The computer did it again.  It glitched and took forever to download the books we did this afternoon.  We left the computer running - not knowing what else to do.  I wish they could fix this problem.

Daniel was visiting with me this afternoon and asked what it was like in Utah.  Turned out he had visited Bryce and Zion Canyon.  He didn't even realize he had been to Utah.  He liked that he knew something about the vicinity we would living in.  He asked me if I knew anything about Alaska.  I told him that was our oldest Daughter and her husbands domain.  He is seriously thinking about taking his wife there on a cruise, possibly even this summer.

Jeppe left work early because he and his family are heading to Paris early tomorrow morning.  They have tickets for 9:45 Sunday morning for the Eiffel Tower.  I am looking forward to the children's reactions.
