Easter Break

For quite some time, I have been promising pictures of Spring in Copenhagen.  These are trees that are cut down to the nubs every Fall as soon as the leaves fall off.  We have only seen them like this.  Daniel, at work, told me they were umbrella trees.  We were not looking at one when I asked him - so I don' know if that is right or not.

This is another view with a better view of our street sign.  These pictures are taken about 2 blocks up our street.

Some daffodils, tulips and little purple flowers on our way home from the train station.

Two weeks ago, Clyde and I went for a walk and saw, 'Popcorn Popping' every where we looked.  Don't know what kind of tree this is but they grow wild all around here.

A closer look at the popcorn.  It is beautiful here right now.  The weather is supposed to be picture postcard perfect, according to Mads, for the next few days.

We had another glitch today and ended up just shutting down and coming home.  We did get yesterdays files downloaded but not todays.  Clyde is trying to figure out what to do.  We are off until Tuesday because of the National Easter Holiday Break.  Tomorrow we are going to the National Museum of Denmark and Thorvaldsen's Museum.  We are also going to look into buying season passes to Tivoli.  Should be a fun Spring and Summer.
