Today I am thankful for traditions. Traditions keep us anchored to family. Because of traditions, special days become more special. I love this time of year and it is because of the amazing traditions of the season.
Skum means foam or marshmallow in Danish. I had a chocolate covered Jul Skum after dinner and it was delicious.
Something to be grateful for - my family is not from Middlefart, Denmark.
Tomorrow night we will be in TV. We will see what becomes of this television interview.
The Brooke's spent the afternoon with us. Lars told me they tried hard to be on their best behavior. Oh how he makes me laugh. I think the Brooke's were a bit jealous of our set up and office mates. We are blessed.
